Japanese Transistor Data

This data was converted (without permission) from data found at http://www.omsk.edu/~dm/sprav/help/ that Nic Percival used to have online in the UK. Since the page has died I decided to keep a local copy because this data is invaluable for many repair folks. The headings in the tables could be better, for example 'Vmax' should probably be 'Vce Max'. I'll sort them out one day.
